Because each part is made to order, please check compatibility before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first.

Damaged or defective parts

If your part arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund it.

Other returns

Returns for other reasons (for example, a part that doesn't fit your hardware): unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping

Who pays return shipping: the buyer, unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
